What am I supporting by shopping at The Hub by Lifeline?
Every purchase directly supports Lifeline Northern Beaches crucial suicide prevention
and mental health services. More than half of our funding comes from our retail shops,
meaning your shopping choices help ensure we can continue providing crisis support to
those who need it most in our local community.
Where are you located?
We are located at 14 Cross St Brookvale 2100, adjacent to Warringah Mall.
What are your opening hours?
- The Hub will be open for trading Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Donations accepted Monday - Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Please do not leave your treasures outside of these hours.
What kinds of items do you sell?
We stock a wide range of pre-loved goods, including:
- Women's & Men's Fashion & Accessories
- Books
- Homewares & Furniture
- Vintage & one-of-a-kind collectibles
Stock changes daily, so there’s always something new to discover!
Can I donate items?
Absolutely — we love donations!
Please bring your clean, good-quality items during shop opening hours.
Accessible drive-in donation drop-off point available.

What items can’t you accept?
For safety and space reasons, we are unable to accept:
- Broken or stained items
- Mattresses or large furniture
- Baby car seats and helmets
- Electrical goods (unless tagged & tested)

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
As a second-hand shop, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We recommend trying on clothing in-store before purchasing. Exceptions may apply for faulty items — just talk to our team.
Do you take EFTPOS or cash only?
We accept:
- EFTPOS & credit cards (no AMEX)
- Cash
