About the Group

Our monthly support group is co-facilitated by:

Clinical Counsellor: A qualified counsellor experienced in suicide bereavement, trauma, and grief. They provide professional guidance, emotional safety, and evidence-based support throughout the group sessions.

Peer with Lived Experience: A facilitator who has personally experienced suicide loss, offering genuine empathy, understanding, and hope. Their lived experience helps create a sense of connection and reduces the isolation many people feel.

Together, our facilitators create a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed environment where you can express your feelings, learn coping strategies, and draw strength from shared experiences.
