Push for better mental health this June
Take on The Push-Up Challenge with Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli
Complete 3,307 push-ups from 3–26 June to raise awareness and vital funds for Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli. Every push-up honours the 3,307 Australians lost to suicide in 2024.
How the Push-Up Challenge works
Go solo or grab some mates and challenge yourself to 3,307 push-ups in June. Aim for half or the full push-up target. You can spread them out across the day.
Can't do a push-up? No problem. You can also complete your target goal with squats, burpees, sit-ups etc. It is about getting involved in the conversation and being part of something fun.
Why 3,307 push-ups? Sadly, this is the number of people who lost their lives to suicide in 2024.
